Charitable Deduction for Estates and Trusts
Something to Consider Now for Yourself and Your Client

Almost always, an advantage can be obtained by having the deduction taken by an estate or trust rather than an individual. This presentation will go into the details for such a deduction and how it can be used now by almost all individuals.
